Podere Paterno

The villa is in the heart of the Pisan hills, near Chianni, approximately 50 Kms from Pisa (and Pisa Airport) and Leghorn (and Leghorn Harbour).
It is a spot of paradise surrounded by nature and panoramic views.

From all directions take the FI-PI-LI freeway and take the exit PONTEDERA PONSACCO.
Go past Ponsacco towards Casciana Terme and Chianni. After CAPANNINA DI CEVOLI go ahead till the crossroads MORRONA-CHIANNI and here turn left.
After 1 km at the following crossroards turn right towards CHIANNI.
Go along a curving road for 4 kms and then turn right again towards CHIANNI.
After 1 km you find another crossroards towards CHIANNI SWIMMINGPOOL (PISCINA). Turn left and get to CROCE DEL MAGNO.
Here you turn left, towards SALINE DI VOLTERRA-VOLTERRA.
After about 3 kms turn right up the hill towards PODERE CASATO. After just 700 mts you are at Podere Paterno.
